Door supervision
The supply of SIA licenced staff for licenced premises and the Night time economy. Door supervisors (DS) are trained in physical intervention and conflict management. Our DS staff complete in house customer service training and support venues, managing ingress and egress, que management, conditions of entry and dispute resolution.
As part of our business model to improve our professional knowledge and capabilities, we have actively encouraged our DS staff to complete annually the NACTsO ACT and SCaN counter terrorism training.
Emergency Security Cover
Emergency security cover is a service predominantly focused on business to business. We are happy to support competitor companies at last moment and plug the gaps when needed, to facilitate safety for the public and clients. Should you find that sickness or unexpected absences have left your team short, we have a bank of Ad hoc staff ready to offer support. From Security guards to Close protection operatives.
Event Security
Offering tailored solutions for all types of events. Titans have provided DS staff for beer festivals, Annual General Meetings for Blue chip businesses and banks, Music concerts and festivals. We will adapt to the services you require and put together the appropriate teams, planning and operational procedures to ensure the smooth and secure running of any event.
K9 Services
Titans offer a variety of K9 services including, NASDU trained and qualified SIA security dog handlers and their licenced K9’s. Security dogs offer versatility and a separate dynamic to security. Whether it be the deterrent of a German shepherd workings as a general purpose dog or a clever little spaniel searching for explosives.
