Ben is the Owner and Managing Director of the business.
Ben has been in the security industry for over 22 years, working front line for the early part of his career in the licencing sector both as venue manager and many roles including head of security at various venues and events.
Ben is NEBOSH qualified and a qualified adult trainer in various subjects from Health and Safety to Licensing and security, which is a part of his job that he loves.
Ben can often be found on Sundays from August to February wearing Orange and muttering Go Broncos! Due to his love of the NFL.

Aaron joined TSL at the very beginning, bringing over 19 years of experience within the security industry, working on some of the largest events within the country.
Aarons eye for detail and inquisitive nature makes him personally the perfect fit in driving the business forward and being compliance aspect of the business.
Aaron is a deep hearted family man and enjoys spending endless hours with his boys playing fortnight and traveling to various holiday parks and beaches during school holidays.

Mike joined the group in late 2023, as the training manager, with his wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 15 years plus within the Security industry, he drives the business forward and enjoys developing the staffing skill set.
He is a Highfield, Pro trainings and QNUK approved trainer delivering various RQF and endorsed qualifications to the TSL employees.Mike is a family man, enjoys time away and seeing his children grow and develop.

Brad Lestrange
Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor
Brad joined Titans in the early year of 2023, he is new to the security industry and became a part of the team when he done his door supervisor course through our sister company Mimas training and has a drive to learn and experience more. Since starting he has gained many more qualifications. And worked in many different roles such as being a gate house guard at one of the biggest warehouses in Europe, he’s worked many doors and even supervised some big events like the tour of Britain in Felixstowe.
Brad is one of our first CSAS qualified officers after completing the course at the start of 2024, this involves him and another member of our team working alongside Essex Police and zone wardens from the councils tackling ASB and helping the night economy, which is a part of his job that he loves doing.
Brad is very into his fishing he loves the peace and quiet to give himself a refresh, all year round on most weekends you can find him sat on the bank with his lines tight waiting for his next bite.
